Tinatin Kajrishvili
Tinatin Kajrishvili was born in 1978 in Tbilisi, Georgia. Her passion for film drove her to attend the State Theater and Film University and attain her qualification as a film director. After graduating, she went on to shoot several short films and one feature film. With the intention of furthering her knowledge in all elements of film, Tinatin committed herself to the study of scriptwriting in Morley College, London, from 2002 until 2004. In 2006, Tinatin established “Producing Center Gemini”, through which she has produced two short films and two documentaries. She has also developed several other projects for feature films and documentaries, which were selected for a number of renowned international festivals including Cannes Producer's Network in 2010, B2B, Connecting Cottbus, Sofia meetings and Molodist. Most recently, her contribution at B2B earned her the best project award. Tinatin has taken part in several workshop programmes. In 2007 she took part in a workshop for project and script development organised by IFASC (Independent Filmmakers Association In South Caucasus), as a producer. Then in 2009, she participated in EAVE’s workshop for script and project development, also as a producer.
